Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at BIN 4 BURGER LOUNGE NANAIMO. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and optimize daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement effective staff scheduling and training programs to enhance team performance.
  • Supervise and mentor staff to ensure they meet performance expectations and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and control costs, including inventory management and labor costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and provincial/territorial liquor legislation.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
