Financial Administrative Assistant

At AppleOne, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and review daily business transactions, including client account management and payment processing.
  • Paying regular invoices and monthly credit cards, while maintaining accurate records.
  • Processing tax installments on behalf of client businesses, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail, maintaining email correspondence, and updating client files.
  • Preparing and maintaining client paperwork, meeting notes, and investment account records.
  • Following up on action items from completed meetings and maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Confirming client appointments and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the financial services industry or banking.
  • Excellent computer literacy, specifically in Excel, Gmail, Google Drive, Windows, and Adobe for PDF editing and management.
  • Customer service-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional designation or willingness to acquire one, such as CFP, CPA, PFP, or CSC.
