Job Title: Transportation Coordinator

PANJAAB TRANSPORT is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the logistics of our trucking company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate operational logistics, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, including dispatching personnel according to schedules and work orders.
  • Ensure proper functioning of equipment, arrange for maintenance and repair work, and record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
  • Prepare and maintain progress and other reports, train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work, and schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.
