Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join our team at Briesam Corporation. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Implement and maintain administrative systems and procedures to support the smooth operation of the office
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Or equivalent experience in a similar role
