Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Process Coordinator to join our team at Atlantic Roll Forming. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to oversee the production process and ensure seamless operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Planning: Develop and implement efficient production schedules to maximize productivity, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting customer demands.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Plan and execute routine maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment, identifying areas for improvement and recommending upgrades or replacements as needed.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications and standards, addressing any defects or issues promptly.
  • Operational Efficiency: Analyze processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as operations management, industrial engineering, or business administration.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
