Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Ruscana Intertrade Inc. This is a permanent full-time position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through sales and marketing initiatives, managing contracts, planning and controlling budgets, and supervising office staff. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets
  • Manage contracts and negotiate deals with clients
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to maximize profits
  • Answer written and oral inquiries from clients and stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Supervise office staff and ensure efficient day-to-day operations
  • Gather, research, and prepare communications material to promote the company's brand
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a management role
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other business tools
