Executive Culinary Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Dolcetto Ristorante. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food and service meet our high standards.
About the Role:
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres.
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
Requirements:
Education and Certifications- College education.
- First Aid Certificate.
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
- Smart Serve.
- Food Safety Certificate.
