We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Cora Breakfast and Lunch Restaurant.

About the Role

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen team and overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements to ensure efficient production and minimize waste
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high culinary standards
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize ordering and reduce costs
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to meet health and safety regulations
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience as a chef or cook
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Ability to lead a team and motivate staff to achieve high performance
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week. The salary range for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
