We are currently seeking a senior professional with strong leadership skills to oversee our engineering practice, focusing on bridges and ports. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading business development, project management, and technical direction. Your expertise will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality engineering work while driving growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our engineering practice, focusing on bridge design and structural health monitoring.
  • Oversee the delivery of all engineering work, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Broad scope knowledge of civil designs and understanding of industry codes, standards, and construction methods.
  • Material design experience, including structural steel, reinforced concrete, FRP, and/or wood.
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience working in the design of bridge and port structures as well as heavy industrial projects.
  • Unique focus on structural health monitoring (SHM) or experience in this area is highly valued.
  • Team-oriented and creative thinker with previous experience mentoring and coaching junior/intermediate level designers and technical professionals.
About the Role

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is between $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure reflects the market rate for a senior professional with similar responsibilities and qualifications.
