Lead a Mission-Driven Team

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Community Ministries team in Canada. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for directing all business and program-related matters for large ministry units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Community Ministries team
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve ministry objectives and goals
  • Foster positive relationships with funders, community stakeholders, and staff
  • Analyze statistical and financial reports to inform decision-making
  • Serve as a spiritual leader and role model within the organization

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a not-for-profit social services environment, including supervisory and budget management experience
  • Undergraduate university degree, preferably B.A.
  • Diploma/certificate in Human Relations or Human Sciences (asset)
  • Strong skills in MSOffice 365 (Excel, TEAMS, Word, PPT)
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, program development, and evaluation
  • Ability to build long-term contracts, arrangements, and relationships
  • Operational and service management skills to deliver quality care and service

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ($85,000 - $110,000 per year), retirement savings plan, and comprehensive group benefits package.
