Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Bar Burrito. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
