Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A's Food Express Incorporated. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet demand.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our operations.
- Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, keeping management informed of key performance indicators.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
