Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A's Food Express Incorporated. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of staff performance, customer feedback, and other relevant data.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment, or equivalent experience.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced conditions, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, team player, and dependability.
Work Term: Permanent. Work Language: English. Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
