Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Zorbas Bakery and Foods (2005) Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators, as well as manage budgets and cost estimates.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Supervision: 3-4 people
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
