Food Service Supervisor

BYO FOOD ENTERPRISE LTD. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Hire and manage food service staff to meet the needs of our customers.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement and success.
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Permanent employment with 80 hours bi-weekly.
- Fluency in English.
- Food Safety Certificate.
- Serving It Right Certificate.
