Job Title: Home Health Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Care Worker to join our team at Carelink Home Care Inc. As a Home Health Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication administration. Additionally, you will provide companionship and emotional support to our clients, helping to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication administration
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist clients with daily activities, such as walking and exercise
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to management
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Health Care Aide Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
  • Valid driver's license
