About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Care Worker to join our team at Carelink Home Care Inc. As a Home Health Care Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and provide bedside care
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent
  • Valid CPR and First Aid Certificates
  • Immunization records and Tuberculosis test
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
