Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist clients with a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
  • Identify and assess customer needs, providing solutions and recommendations to meet their financial goals.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the achievement of customer experience goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with product and service offerings.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and assess customer needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
