We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced military pilot to join our team as a Flight Simulator Instructor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing simulator instruction to military student pilots in accordance with the applicable training plan and Canadian Forces Individual Training and Education System (CFITES).

The Role We Are Offering You

As a Flight Simulator Instructor, you will have the opportunity to work with our state-of-the-art Flight Training Devices (FTDs) and develop your expertise in one of the many aviation-related academic subjects associated with military pilot training. You will be responsible for creating and delivering academic lectures in support of our training program, as well as developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of specific aircraft operating instructions and applicable standard manoeuvre manuals.

  • Has knowledge of approved pilot instructional techniques
