Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Speedier Auto Body Shop Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, including planning and organizing daily tasks, maintaining inventory, and providing customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Provide customer service
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Attention to detail
- Organized
- Reliability
