Job Title: Food Services Manager

Haldi Fine Indian Cuisine is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food services department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Leadership: Lead and instruct team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in point of sale systems.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and stand for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, team player, and ability to multitask.
