Food Services Director

We are seeking a skilled Food Services Manager to join our team at Haldi Fine Indian Cuisine. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food services department, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
- Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Leadership: Lead and instruct individuals to achieve team goals.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Point of sale system.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods, and overtime required.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, and ability to multitask.
