About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at KIREI Cleaning & Building Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring that they are safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities
    • Oversee the work of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that cleaning schedules are aligned with business needs.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities
    • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
    • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist with Administrative Tasks
    • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, inventory management, and reporting.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for extended periods.
