About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Cleaning Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas that require attention and implement measures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Coordinate Cleaning Schedules: Plan and coordinate cleaning schedules to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned regularly and efficiently.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting or repairs, and recommend these to management.
  • Assist Cleaning Staff: Provide support and assistance to cleaning staff as needed to ensure that they can perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role
  • Language: English
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 45 hours per week
