- Supervision: Oversee daily operations and coordinate the activities of cleaning personnel to ensure optimal performance.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of sites to verify compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Service Recommendations: Identify and suggest additional services such as repairs, renovations, or equipment replacements as necessary.
- Hands-On Assistance: Support cleaning staff in their duties when required.
- Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficiency.
Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Experience: Candidates should have between 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
