Responsibilities:

* Hire and train cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
* Inspect sites or facilities to identify areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance
* Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
* Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties as needed
* Establish work schedules to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed on time

Requirements:

* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a cleaning or maintenance role
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
