Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KFC. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Quality Control

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary to prevent errors or deficiencies.

Financial Management

Prepare budget and cost estimates, and monitor expenses to ensure that they are in line with company standards.

Customer Service

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and take steps to resolve issues promptly and fairly.

Reporting and Administration

Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, and maintain accurate records of staff performance and customer feedback.

Work Schedules

Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that adequate coverage is provided at all times.

Requirements
  • Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.

Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
