Food Service Team Lead Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Big Smoke Burger. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of staff who prepare and portion food, establishing methods to meet work schedules, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules

Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, Food service establishment

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Supervision: 3-4 people

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment
