Job Description:

BestForexBonus is seeking an experienced Lead Sales Team Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, lead by example, coach and mentor your team to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Coach and mentor sales team members to improve skills and performance
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure smooth onboarding and first trades
  • Pitch and close deals with prospective clients through phone and face-to-face meetings
  • Provide accurate forecasting of expected sales volume
  • Implement regional sales programs for sales action and training plans with your team and fellow Heads of Desk
  • Ensure adherence to company-wide sales methodology and sales administration processes
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with sales CRM software and tools
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field
