About the Role

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Investigate complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process check-ins/check-outs
  • Maintain accurate records of guest stays, including room assignments and payments
  • Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Exchange foreign currency and handle guest transactions
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed
