Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Chief Office Coordinator to join our team at Optimum Car Rentals. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating various office tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Office Tasks: Oversee and coordinate various office tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage Communication: Ensure effective communication with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders through email, phone, or in-person interactions.
  • Organize Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights, hotels, and rental cars as needed.
  • Maintain Filing Systems: Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure efficient access to important documents.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, proofreading, and typing correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
