Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our North American team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, retaining and growing a portfolio of up to 150 Investment Financial Services accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and grow relationships with clients by implementing regular interaction and identifying growth opportunities across the accounts.
- Negotiate renewal of subscriptions and mitigate risk across accounts.
- Deliver strong retention and customer service experience.
- Proven track record with a longer sales cycle and demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs and expert listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment with keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
What We Offer
- Basic Salary: CAD55,000
- OTE Commission: CAD30,000
