Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute sales and service activity plans to drive member growth and retention.
  • Manage member life-cycle tasks, including scheduling and leading calls to ensure seamless communication.
  • Own all account management conversations with secondary account stakeholders to build strong relationships.
  • Ensure members leverage their membership by delivering high-quality service to drive renewal and future sales.
  • Manage and respond to inbound requests from members in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of member interactions by collecting and consolidating background information on individuals and organizations.
  • Complete scheduled and ad hoc data queries of our CRM to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure the CRM contains accurate account details and contact information to maintain data integrity.
  • Actively seek to increase product knowledge to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • University degree.
  • 3+ years of Account Management experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience working in the IT Research and Advisory market.
  • Experience working as part of a team is an asset.

  • Planning & Organization: Set daily schedules, plan territory, and set plans for account growth.
  • Time management: Managing the member lifecycle, scheduling calls, and prioritizing tasks.

  • Active listening: Able to identify client needs and ask great questions.
