We are seeking a talented Sales and Account Manager to join our growing Sales and Account Management team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our merchants, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Merchant Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants, building trusted advisor relationships and proactively managing merchant satisfaction.
- Business Growth and Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support company growth, and assist with the implementation of account plans to drive growth within existing merchant accounts.
- Product Knowledge and Sales Support: Understand our product offerings thoroughly to effectively assist merchants and provide outstanding sales support to the sales teams and prospective merchants.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with Customer Support, Operations, Integration, and Finance teams to ensure successful account management and implementation of account plans.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within e-commerce/B2B Sales.
- Experience in technical sales would be considered an asset.
- Well-developed planning and analytical skills.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- A positive, energetic can-do attitude.
- Team player with a collaborative approach.
- An effective communicator, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal direction.
- Ability to manage your time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results driven and take initiative.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Ability to travel in North America.
