About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at 2856937 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel, motel, and resort facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, as well as clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Debris Removal: Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including washing windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Supply Management: Shop for food and household supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Weight Handling: Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) as required.
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, initiative, and a strong sense of organization are essential for this role.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
