Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator Specialist to join our team at Yogi and Associates Inc.

  • As a Financial Administrator Specialist, you will be responsible for managing financial records and establishing, maintaining, and balancing various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • You will also calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, fixed assets, and depreciation.
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, post journal entries, and prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
  • In addition, you will reconcile accounts, prepare tax returns, and prepare trial balance of books.
Requirements
  • This role requires a high level of attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently.
  • The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills, accurate, dependable, judgement, organized, reliability, and time management.
  • A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.
  • Degree: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • This position involves working 30 to 40 hours per week.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
