Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Administrator to join our team at Canada Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll and Accounting: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, calculate fixed assets and depreciation, maintain general ledgers and financial statements, post journal entries, and reconcile accounts.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports, including trial balance of books.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in finance administration.
  • Permanent employment with 37.5 hours per week.
  • Daily interaction in English language.
