Financial Administrator Role Overview

At Matheson Collision, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, maintaining general ledgers and financial statements, and reconciling accounts. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. As a Financial Administrator, you will also be responsible for preparing trial balances and other financial reports. If you have a strong background in bookkeeping and a passion for numbers, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
* Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
* Reconcile accounts
* Prepare trial balances and other financial reports

Requirements

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
* College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written communication skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
