We are part of the Tapestry portfolio, a global house of brands committed to innovation and inclusivity. As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in the success of our store, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales floor and stockroom teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the sales floor team by maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor, including replenishing stock and executing visual merchandising plans.
  • Process shipments and transfers, verifying store information and communicating discrepancies to management.
  • Organize and clean the stockroom daily, including offsite and remote warehouses as applicable.
  • Manage stock levels and product ownership in the back-of-house and sales floor.
  • Participate in store physical inventory counts and maintain Company Loss Prevention standards.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or stockroom role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
