Alo is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and embodying the Alo brand values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized product recommendations to customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Drive sales growth by leveraging Alo's initiatives, optimizing productivity, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and retention.
  • Analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement sales floor strategies, ensuring effective coverage and sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on Alo's products, services, and initiatives, educating customers and staff on the latest offerings.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Support other areas of the business, including Sales & Service and Cashier, as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
  • Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • High energy, upbeat, and enthusiastic with the ability to integrate fun and work.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team.
  • Fosters genuine connection through empathy, compassion, integrity, and building trusting relationships.
