About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales Support Associate to join our team at Payworks. As the first point of contact for existing and prospective clients in the Western region, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring a smooth office experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service by greeting visitors, answering calls, and responding to queries and questions.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including handling phone calls, processing deliveries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Support the Sales and Implementation teams by providing administrative support, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Administer sales tools, including the CRM, and create reports for tracking and analysis of sales activities.

Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a Business program or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills with a focus on customer centricity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office with proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Previous experience in retail, banking, sales, or customer service is an asset.
