We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Inverary Manor. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize care accordingly.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
- Current registration with the provincial or territorial nursing regulatory body.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
