Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as eating, walking, and using the bathroom
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or behavior
  • Participate in care planning and implementation, ensuring resident-centered care

Requirements

  • Provincial certification in Continuing Care Assistant (CCA)
  • Regular and consistent attendance
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
