About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and skilled individuals to join our interdisciplinary team as Supportive Care Professionals. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, helping them to live well in their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Providing light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Preparing and serving meals and snacks to clients.
  • Offering respite care to families and caregivers, providing them with much-needed relief.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client progress and concerns.
  • Developing and implementing leisure and recreational programs to enhance client engagement and overall well-being.
Requirements
  • Provincial Continuing Care Assistant Certification or equivalent experience.
  • Completion of relevant education and training, or currently enrolled in a CCA program.
  • Students in nursing and international educated nurses may also be considered.
