About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team at A P U Transport Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Logistics Plans
    • Create and prioritize task lists to ensure efficient workflow
    • Coordinate with internal teams to oversee operational logistics
  • Manage Operational Logistics
    • Plan and organize operational logistics, including scheduling and resource allocation
    • Track and complete work orders, ensuring timely completion and quality control
  • Provide Administrative Support
    • Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping
    • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators
  • Ensure Compliance and Quality
    • Stay up-to-date with highway trucking regulations and ensure compliance
    • Maintain accurate work records and logs, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Support Team Members
    • Monitor personnel workloads and locations, providing guidance and support as needed
    • Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring a high level of competence and productivity
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
    • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role
    • Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 to 40 hours per week
    • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
