About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Simon Transportation Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, and ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, and co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure high-quality results.
Work Environment

As a Logistics Coordinator at Simon Transportation Ltd, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail at all times.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a logistics or transportation-related role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
