Job Title: Operational Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Operational Logistics Coordinator to join Haultech Freightways Ltd. as an integral part of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and organizing operational logistics, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans to prioritize tasks and optimize logistics operations
  • Organize and arrange work tasks efficiently, leveraging technology and resources to maximize productivity
  • Coordinate activities with other departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports, providing valuable insights and recommendations for process improvement
  • Arrange training and development opportunities for staff members, enhancing their skills and knowledge
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field
Skills and Qualities:
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Reliability and adaptability in all tasks and situations
