About the Role

">

This exciting opportunity as Healthcare Operations Manager - Pharmacy requires a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to lead our pharmacy team in Regina, Saskatchewan. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, including managing staff, implementing new initiatives, and driving sales growth.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution">
  • Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the province of Saskatchewan">
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a licensed pharmacist">
  • Injection and First Aid Certification">
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills">
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team">

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan.

Location

This role is based in Regina, Saskatchewan, with regular working hours between 36-40 hours per week. You will have the opportunity to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed.
