Merchandise Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at 1429176 Alberta Ltd. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in our retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales volumes and improve merchandising.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and replenished as needed.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player.
- Work Schedule: 30 hours per week
- Work Language: English
