Retail Store Manager

As a Retail Store Supervisor at Esso, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. This includes managing sales floor activities, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties to ensure efficient sales floor operations.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
- Inventory Management: Order merchandise and authorize returns to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
